Q. CAN I REQUEST A REFUND IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?

          If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within a certain timeframe (as specified in our return policy). We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned merchandise and confirm that it meets the criteria for a return. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method, which in this case would be the bank account from which the wire transfer was sent.

         To pay for your order using a wire transfer, you will need to send the payment to our company bank account using the account details provided at checkout. Make sure to include your order number in the wire transfer reference field to help us identify your payment.

            If you need to cancel or change your order after you have made the wire transfer, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel or change the order after the payment has been received.

The arrival time of your order will depend on a number of factors, including the shipping method you choose, the location of the shipping address, and any potential delays in transit. but usually shipping time is maximum 3 – 7 Business days both locally and internationally 

If you selected standard shipping, your order should arrive within a few business days for addresses within the same country, and within a week or more for international addresses. Expedited shipping options may arrive more quickly, but will usually cost more.
